Question 07 hesitating at 45 to 60 Mph, misfire

my 2007 equinox keeps hesitating, jerking anywhere from 45-60 Mph after I drive about 20 mins. Got a cylinder 1 misfire code, change the coil pack but it's still doing it. RPM are jumping, using more gas and I can smell the exhaust whenever I'm idling .
About 2 yards old , had plugs & wiring changed out. Just hit 59,997 miles.
About a month ago after the hesitation started I put a can of seafoam in it but it only had a 1/4 of a tank of gas when I did it, drove it about 20-30 miles then put in more gas. I never let the ga below a half a tank, but I am finally at 1/4 now. ( in other words, I guess the sea foam has still been in the tank for a while since I keep adding gas )
Help me please

Just a guess, but you have a cracked exaust manifold. The crack can let air in, like a vacuum leak, and trigger a misfire code. I only suggest this from a problem with my old dodge and the fact that cracked manifolds are kind of common on the Nox.

Is this a expensive part to fix? Will I mess it up worst driving it until I can get it fixed? And is it a hard part to fix ( like how some of the spark plugs are )

This is probably your best chance of diagnosing your problem.
Have an auto parts store, independent shop, or dealer check for a trouble code.
Good Luck
