Most of the time yes it does! But I have it tuned so the worst I see is 15 towing and 24 non towing highway.. A tank will average 18 in most cases mixed in with City, some towing and highway miles.

Selling this: 03 Golf TDI 5 speed, it gets 41 MPG average with tons of city driving so I really cant complain.  To get back into one of these:  I just miss it too much.  |
